He stated that <br /> Mr. Nickulas had dropped off copies of plans with topography <br /> a few weeks ago, specifically with respect to wells near <br /> 1 <br /> drainage outlets (as per Charlie's concerns) . The applicant <br /> g P . p <br /> is seeking a covenant for individual wells rather than <br /> a central well and the Board needed this requirement. <br /> 1 <br /> Torn explained that this is an amendment to their road � <br /> covenant. <br /> The applicant explained that the water lines are in because <br /> Io <br /> they were presuming a central well would be used. <br /> Tony asked if they have been approved by the consulting <br /> engineer of the Mashpee Planning Board? <br /> Charlie stated that he did not inspect the water lines. <br /> The applicant asked if this was necessary if there is no <br /> water? <br /> Charlie suggested they accept Briggs Engineering which did <br /> , <br /> the work and are a respectable firm and ask them to send a <br /> letter saying water lines were installed properly. ' <br /> i,, <br /> Tony stated that Mr. Nickulas, the developer should be here <br /> to discuss this matter and to modify the covenant . <br /> Charlie stated that his question regarding drainage has been <br /> answered satisfactorily. <br /> , <br /> Tony stated that the Board engineer feels the individual 4 ; <br /> wells will work and Board of Health feels wells will work, <br /> but the Planning Board is not willing to modify covenant <br /> at this time because it is not an accurate amendment. Thav <br /> have to get together with the applicant (Mr. Nickulas) and~ re <br /> word #7 accurately. <br /> Charlie suggested that however does the report on the water <br /> lines , it should include a pressure test of lines . <br /> _ 11 _ <br />
