The applicant agreed to wait for Scott to join the <br /> s meeting. The issue was called again after the Forward <br /> Development hearing. <br /> Applicant: Alex Dittami/Forward Development , <br /> Location: Between Rte. 28 and Whitings Road near <br /> Falmouth/Mashpee Town Line <br /> Request: Discussion of Special Permit Decision for � <br /> - Quashnet Woods 180 -unit DSIL7 project. Public <br /> He closed February 15, 1989. <br /> , yl <br /> Mr. Dittami was present representing the applicant. 1; <br /> Tony told Mr. Dittami that several major differences have P1 <br /> not been resolved by the Board at this time. <br /> Mr. Dittami stated that it appears that the 3 major issues <br /> are: the Whitings Road connection, Rotary contribution and <br /> the status of phases 3, 41 & 5. <br /> Tony stated that Mr. Dittami was doing to meet with Water <br /> Commission and report back to the Board, on the contribution <br /> and timing regarding the well. <br /> Mr. Dittami explained that a resolution was reached. The <br /> applicant will make the money available to the Water <br /> District for their discretionary use with the romise that i <br /> p <br /> water will be available when they need it. Within 45 days <br /> of the Special Permit decision, the applicant will deposit k � <br /> with the Water District an L/C for $600,000. In the event <br /> they do not get approval of their waste water treatment <br /> facility, their $600,000 will be returned. fog <br /> There will be a written signed agreement between the <br /> applicant and the Water District. <br /> Tony explained that the Board does not see reason to keep ' <br /> phases 3, 4 and 5 alive, <br /> i <br /> Tom stated that it was changed to read that the units are <br /> owned by the State and not effected by the Special Permit <br /> modification, <br /> Mr. Dittami stated that they would like to see the phases <br /> killed. <br /> Ir + <br /> Tony stated that the Bard is not long convinced that they <br /> can kill them. <br /> Mr. Dittami stated that he would like it clarified that <br /> phases 1 and 2 must be done before phases 3r 4 and 5. <br /> Tony stated that he doesn' t see a problem with that as long ' <br /> as Town Council doesn' t. <br /> f' <br /> 5 _ ' <br />
