That all physical structures or elements of <br /> the project integral to construction, including <br /> foundations, buildings, roadways, paved areas, <br /> utilities and recreational facilities be <br /> constructed and the Buffer area maintained in <br /> such a manner as to protect the privacy of the <br /> adjoining land owners and to not be substantially <br /> detrimental to adjoining Property, pursuant to <br /> the requirements of Sections 9 . 352 and 9. 372 of <br /> the Zoning By-law, especially Timber Landing <br /> Road, River Road, The Mashpee River Corridor, and <br /> Mashpee River Park. Specifically, this condition <br /> requires that no clearing, trimming or alteration <br /> of land and/or vegetation take place outward <br /> (toward the property perimeters) beyond twenty <br /> (20 ' ) feet of any foundation wall, ten (101 ) feet <br /> of any roadway or walkway pavement, and five (51 ) <br /> from the center line of site utilities, without <br /> the express written permission of the Planning <br /> Board of the Town of Mashpee. <br /> 7.
