If it is what her reduction will be made at the plant. <br /> 3)They request that some sort of analysis of the nutrient effect to Lovell's <br /> Pond be addressed. <br /> 4)Address, the effect of the phosphate nitrate load on the Pond. <br /> 5)The concern expressed by George Costa - the effect of the entire project tzpon <br /> wetlands, the bog areas in the vicinity and possible effeGt on Cotuit wells. <br /> Public Comments <br /> Maria Mc Card - Water Commissioner She stated that the item they referred to <br /> from the Cape Cod Plannigg Commision really' has to do with the flow of water <br /> which they thought the water was flowing in a certain direction but they <br /> heard the other day that it was flowing in another direction and they would <br /> like to know what the facts are.
