The Planning Board asked to see the central well location on the plans. <br /> It was requested by the Board of health that there be a package treatment, plan. <br /> Mr. Kirrane stated there is no specific location of the well anywhere on the <br /> site. <br /> The Planning Board would like more information about the Treatment Plant. <br /> They would like to see more about, the physical aspect in terms of structure, <br /> how much clearing is required etc. The Board would like more information on <br /> the ground water flow. Kevin Kirrane stated that <br /> it was up No Lay Hole Rcad about 1000 feet. <br /> Anthony Dakatc- owner of the develcpment. Mr. Dekato stated he had spent <br /> alot cf money on this project,. He stated that maybe it wculd be better if <br /> he scraps the plans now and they develop a nice subdivision. He stated that <br /> he is trying tc, do something nice for Mashpee. He stated that he has already <br /> spent over 30,000 dollars on engineering and lawyers. He stated he would <br /> rather come back with 50 or 60 lots,. subdivided. He stated he is also giving <br /> the Town 70 acres. He stated that he would go with the grid if he is going to <br /> go subdivision. He would not go cluster. He also stated he a(,,uld Put 50 <br /> condominiums on there and sell low income condominiums. <br /> Kevin Kirrane stated they could come back in a month with a better alternative, <br /> Judy MiTla does, not like the plan.
