Robert Mills explained that they will include a restriction <br /> in their deeds restricting lawns to 1,000 sq. feet. <br /> Tony said he doesn' t see what else the Board can do, <br /> especially since its a small project. <br /> Scott motioned to accept the applicant's request for an <br /> extension to May 15th, 1989. Louise seconded the motion. <br /> All Board members were in favor. <br /> Louise motioned to continue the hearing until April 19th at <br /> 5:45. Scott seconded the motion. All Board members were in <br /> favor. <br /> Public Hearings Special Permits <br /> ,- <br /> Applicant: Lockstore Realty Trust <br /> Location: Rte . 130 opposite Juniper Drive <br /> Request: Continuation of Public hearing to review the <br /> Special Permit Application for a mini-warehouse <br /> complex t be developed on a 6.35 acre parcel on <br /> the south side of Rte. 130 . (90 days as of <br /> 3/24) Extended to April 21 . <br /> Mr. Kerrigan and Mr. Warwick were present. Tony reviewed <br /> what was discussed at the on site visit. The Board met with <br /> the applicant Mr. virgillio and the landscape architect. It <br /> was concluded that the entry way originally designed had <br /> line--of-sight problems. Mr. Warwick addressed' those issues <br /> in a revised plan presented to the Board. He was able to <br /> move the building back even further. <br /> Louise was concerned over the stability of the sandbank <br /> area, it especially becomes vulnerable when vegetation is <br /> removed. She would suggest the area be very clearly <br /> delineated. <br /> Mr. Warwick stated that the whole area will be landscaped <br /> and area will be staked and very clearly delineated before <br /> any construction begins. <br /> Louise asked about the height of the buildings. <br /> Tony said the height did not seem to be a problem, but <br /> it is difficult to determine at this time. The buildings <br /> can be camouflaged to an extent with the right colors . <br /> aR.S <br /> = ` The applicant had submitted achoices:pp package with color <br /> r chain link fence will be green or black, doors will probably <br /> be blue and buildings will be grayish white. <br /> F15 Design Review's pref er,pnce was for a gray building and from <br /> a limited number of door colors , the blue was the best. <br /> Mr. Kerrigan stated that he is limited to the number of <br /> colors available. <br /> Mr. Warwick stated that they would life to change from a cul <br /> de sac to a tee design which is needed for lot coverage <br /> calculations , but it is not an issue before the Board at <br /> _ g <br />
