Dennis asked about the timber walls? Tom said there are no records on that either. <br /> Torn said there needs to be an engineering study on all of the wall. <br /> He suggests also separating out the retaining gall issue from the rest of the review. <br /> - Dennis asked why there are 3 types of wall? + <br /> Mr. Bonvie replied that a lot of engineering,went into the wall; each has a reason why its.located <br /> where it is. He has documentation on inspections,photos, etc., i.e. wood has less structural need. <br /> New Section Layout Plans- <br /> -Tom suggests revising these for a less stringent standard (currently At 1 OOh of a foot . <br /> The setbacks do not take decks-into account horver, zoning bylaws-do not eenpt them from <br /> setbacks. This needs to be addressed. <br /> Grading and utility plan <br /> are no-.supplemental parking pads for quads. . <br /> drainage in some areas is being re-designed. This needs to be resolved. <br /> Quad Building :14 i s only 26 ft.from retaining wall, decks are only 14 R from top of the wall. <br /> In Tom's opinion, the quad is too large for the space available and would suggest not approving <br /> the.change of this building;=from a duplex to a quad . He signed a contract for that unit in May and has been waiting, confident that <br /> this meeting they would be Duren permission to build. He has been renting a house and a in <br /> p g <br /> storage fee. He is-in limbo. <br /> _ Dennis explained the Board is concerned about the safety of the walls. <br />
