Letter from new S eabury that the case legal <br /> issue is not yet settled and so the Board cannot act. There is no final judgement yet. <br /> - Ma hpee Com ons would like to postpone the East Steeple St. discussion to Jan.21 <br /> Bev mentioned that-the Planning Board's,annual report for 200 i's due on Monday. She has not <br /> completed it yet, gills end it aria e-mail to Board members tomorrow. <br /> Discussion Items <br /> Windchi a Point re: Phase IE site plan revisions, building redesign, parking lot changes, never <br /> locations of Buildings 25 & 2 <br /> Tom.Q was present representing the applicant. In order to sage some trees, Bldg 25 was <br /> moved forward. Eric has been to the site to review the re-design. Bldg 2 , decks are a little <br /> shorter-to save some trees. _ <br /> The Board had requested the visitor,spades.be disbursed throughout the site'and they are now <br /> marled on the plan with a V and will.be labeled n the ground when installed. <br /> Building 48, 47, 46, a very large tree made it a.difficult corner and Charlie Rowley had requested <br /> it be removed. They intend to�landscape that-area. <br /> Eric asked that the landscape plan for-the.area be-revised to show the tree was,taken.down. <br /> Charlie added that the-grade at that Iodation was difficult t6 manage'. <br /> Opposite Bldg 22, inside of the curve in the road, is a tree right next tot he pavement. He i <br /> concerned about proximity of the tree Drell to the edge of the pavement. May not be able to save. <br /> Board reviewed the plans. <br /> Where is the 2 d regular space at unit 84 Torn Qum sad,there is-not one. <br /> Visitor spaces-should be eliminated at 84 afid 85. <br /> Bldg 27, is a 4 car garage for 3units? Tom said some people.needed a handicapped garage, <br /> cannot fit in a..1 car garage. <br /> Eric asked the total count on visitor space's Tom does not have the-count. -They did Eliminate <br /> any extra spaced-they could to sage trees <br /> At :15, The Board opened the Windchi.me Point public hearing'. <br /> Public Hearig <br /> Applicant: windch me Point, Inc. <br /> Location: Wind e point Condominium, Great Neck Rd. South <br /> Request: Approval of modification to Special, Permit (poste office).
