Rescheduled from <br /> February 4, 2004. <br /> Letter from Charlie Rowley: the street sign (at Candlewood and Fox Hill) is in . Board is holding <br /> , 00, can deduct 300 for the street.sign. <br /> Torn explained the Board needs Charlie's OIL to release the other security; has not been inspected <br /> y Charlie yet. <br /> Mr. Fagerberg said the town is already holding 3 80o for work completed. <br /> Torn said they can only release it-when Charlie says the work is completed. It is Mr. Fagerberg's <br /> responsibility to ask the Board to inspect the work. <br /> Mr. Fagerberg requested the Board have Charlie Rowley inspect the work at Conaument <br /> Highlands so that the 3800 security can be released <br /> Toni said his records shOwed the Board released all other remaining security on Dec. f `h <br /> 3,67 5 plus interest was released on Dec. 172 2003.
