If you had, none of this would ever have <br /> happened.° Dennis further stated that perhaps the one good thing to come out of it is that the <br /> residents may have gotten some improvements out of it, i.e., the streetlights. • <br /> Beverly Kane voiced her concern that the Board approve the permit tonight without some <br /> guarantee that the parties involved in fact do what the site plan sags they should do. There are <br /> inspections, and re-inspections that are to take place by certain dates,-deadlines to be complied <br /> with. The Planning Board is committed to follow up to make sure these requirements are met. <br /> Although the Planning Board has no authority to enforce, it will be following up. Beverly asked <br /> that a to-do Iist document be drawn up, along with required completion-dates. The Planning <br /> Board will verify that items on the list are completed. Beverly commended all the participants <br /> from the Southport community for having taken the time and the energy to look after your project, <br /> not only on behalf of Southport, but on behalf of the Town of llashpee.
