He had a question-on-the tennis shelter <br /> size, which was confirmed to be 12' x 14'. Its design is similar-to shelters used for shuffleboard <br /> courts. Don also concurred that something other than Bittersweet Trines should be selected for <br /> plantings along the Old Barnstable Toad fence. <br /> Torn confined that the proposed access-to the pond has been widened from B' to 10%with a 12 <br /> ft, double gate that would enable any vehicle to get through. <br /> Dennis Balzarini stated that congratulations were due to all parties involved to finally came to a <br /> resolution and agreement on the final site plan.modifications.
