i <br /> Don Myers stated he feels the Applicant is responsible <br /> for being. knowledgeable of the conditions under the Spcial <br /> Permit in which he is operating. <br /> t this point the Chairman amended her request, <br /> stating she would like th-e number reports from the <br /> beginning on the perfofmance of the wastewater treatment <br /> plant. She feels it would be beneficial to be able to <br /> chart the readings as the -number of participating units <br /> increases, as well ams. seasonal impacts . <br /> Applicant mad,e request for approval of one (1) closing <br /> scheduled for April 1, 2004, being Unit #1 2 in Phase III. <br /> There being no further discussion thie Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Don Myer's made a Motion to instruct the. - <br /> Building Inspector to is,sue ,an occupancy Permit in Phase <br /> III for Unit #102 as soon as all of the Building . <br /> Inspector' s requirements have been met; which Motion was <br /> duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously. <br /> Board Items <br /> Review of Draft Language on Amendment t <br /> Subdivision Regulations Requiring. Lot Bounds <br /> Don Myers asked if magnetic features, should be <br /> -incorporated into the bounds. for location purposes, <br /> The, Consulting Engineer responded that typically the. } <br /> concrete bounds are reinforced, which would make them <br /> magnetic. <br /> The Assistant Town P.1anner suggested adding the word <br /> "reinforced" concrete monument. <br /> During the discussion the Consulting Engineer quoted <br /> Land Court Language that "...mon-uments should. be placed so <br /> that they are no further than five-hundred ) feet <br /> apart" <br /> It. was the consensus of the Board to incorporate the <br /> following language, "...each 1t corner shall be bounded with <br /> concrete bounds" . <br /> 8 <br />
