Also, the speakers are to be <br /> directed towards Route 151, and the Applicant will have <br /> control over the volume levels. <br /> Dennis Balarini expressed concern that t.her'e hasn' t <br /> been sufficient time to determine noise impacts to the <br /> neighborhood. He suggested Applicant appear before the <br /> Board .sometime during the summer months in order to address <br /> any possible problems co platin-ts . <br /> The Chairman expressed concern with Board recourse <br /> should problems anise aft-er the renewal has been granted. <br /> The Assistant Town Planner stated the Board could <br /> grant any renewal period they choose. <br /> The Town Planer suggested this matter be continued, <br /> as one o-f the neighbors who had voiced concern earlier was <br /> unable to attend this meeting. Her concerns being whether <br /> or not there would be Live inusic., and if there would be a <br /> review curing the season. _ <br /> The Town -Planner noted the permit expires July nd; he <br /> sugges-ted the permit be extended. <br /> Applicant stated full operation of his establishment <br /> would not begin until June 2-8th. <br /> 5 <br />
