{ The Town Planner established the fact that Applicant does have a license- to provide lire entertainment. Applicant stated he does not plan to u-se lire en' tertai ment. The- Town Planner then inquired as to the fencing, not.ing- during inspection slat-type fencing -which does not prove to- - be a noise barrier. . There being no further Board or Public comment the Chairman entertinyed a motion to close the Public Hearing.
