He inquired as, to Town regulations regarding the <br /> difference between Town and Private Ways . <br /> The Torn Planner responded by explaining said road is <br /> not a public road, there is no public interest in the road. <br /> Town Counsel has reiterated that the Article under <br /> discussion is an improper Article and plans to recommend at <br />
