The utility company restrictions require a <br /> clearance of I0-ft . <br /> The Chairman determined additional time is warranted <br /> to resolve this matter. <br /> The Town Planner asked if underground vaults could be <br /> installed rather than the unsightly above ground units . <br /> Mr. Bonvie agreed to investigate this suggestion. <br /> t this paint the Chairman entertained a motion b <br /> mace regarding the man-made pond matter. <br /> MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion that the Board vote <br /> to approve the- design of -a man-made pond located between <br /> Beacon Court, Moods Edge Lane and Ironwood Path per the <br /> Plan entitled, " raiinage Study Kan and Plan of Pond <br /> Loca t ion in Southport on Cape Cod, dated March 11, 2004, by <br /> RIM Engineering Co. , Inc. subject to the following four 4 <br /> conditions: <br /> Inspection and approval by the Consulting Engineer <br /> after installation of catch basins and grates and rough <br /> grading of surrounding area, _ikncluding installation of the <br /> irrigation system. <br /> Preparation of an as-built plan of the pond drainage <br /> system and finish grade after installation of loam, seed, <br /> and sod. <br /> Written certification by RIM Engineering that the <br /> pond, drainage; and surrounding grades have been completed <br /> in accordance with the approved plan. <br /> Grading shall be pitched in all uses away from <br /> building foundations and that all grades along foundations <br /> are greater than elevation 75 . 50 ft . <br /> Said Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> t this point the Town Planner presented two letters <br /> received from Coastal Engineering regarding the Southport <br /> Retaining Gull Evaluation, and Southport Timber Tie <br /> Retaining wall. Both letters were dated April 6, 2004., <br /> signed by John a. Bologna, P. E. <br /> 19 <br />
