The Chairman recog-nized Ken Marsters, 'representing the <br /> Applicant;- and John lavinskr, Cape & Islands Engineering. <br /> References were being made to a plan entitled, <br /> "Preliminary roadway De'.tail Profile, located' -in .Mashpee, <br /> MA. Prepared for AJL La Cava Realty Trust, dated. Febr.ua:ry <br /> 10., 2004, -by Cape & Islands Engineering" . <br /> Mr . Slavinsky stated Appli-cant would like to develop <br /> Casper Circle., however there are difficulties in accessing <br /> the road, namely Great Hay Road. <br /> Mr . Blavinsky -made reference to the intersect-ion of <br /> Great Hfay an' d Old Barnstable Roads ., He noted difficulties <br /> ire creating swle type drainage, as they do not control. the <br /> land on either side of the road. <br /> r <br /> In conversation with the Consulting Engineer he was <br /> in-formed of a stormwater treatment facility which can be <br /> located inside a basin. <br /> Mr . -Blavinsky indicat'ed he -would like t-o create this <br /> type of a facility with precast concrete units under the <br /> pavement with cast iron frame grates to grade. <br /> There is an existing drai-nacre easement on Lot 7, <br /> approximately located at the 1 th green. Applicant has <br /> requested said d ain-ageeasement be relocated betwe-en Lot 7 <br /> and Lot 8 which would allow fr the creation of a circular <br /> 'drainage system- . The majority of runoff from Great Ha-y a:nd <br /> all of the runoff from Casper Circle will go into swal s <br /> located on wolf course property and the new easement . <br /> References were them .made to " toad Plans and Profiles, <br /> Mashpee, MA, Quashnet Talley Golf Course, -Area. "B" <br /> Equestrian Trust - - " . 4 _ <br /> Mr. slavinsy asked the Board for comments/approval <br /> regarding proposed changes.
