Public Hearing <br /> Bayswater Development, LLC <br /> New Seabu-ry, off Seanest Drive and Fairway Lane <br /> Approval of "Flat Pend" Definitive Subdivision Plan <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman called <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to order. <br /> Applicant has requested a further continuance to May <br /> , along with filing of "Hillside" ANR plan. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Motion to Continue <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to May 5, 2004, at 7 : 1 <br /> p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Don Ayers and so _ <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Discussion <br /> uashnet Talley subdivision - Continued <br /> The Consulting Engineer asked about the existing <br /> status of Great Hay Ioadeis-tinc layout. <br /> The Town Planner responded the Town erns half of the <br /> road with half a layout created on Applicant' s portion of <br /> the property. He re.c rrLmended a new line be created for the <br /> record, a clear definition being surveyed on a recorded <br /> plan showing the layout . <br /> He suggested Applicant consider filing a waiver of thef <br /> layout width . <br /> Public Comment : The Chairman recognized Alan Dorris, <br /> owner of the lot located at the corner of old Barnstable <br /> and Great Hay Roads {Lot 10) . <br /> Dr. 'Morris- explained he currently -owns a- license with <br /> the Town., which allows him to construct a stone wall in <br /> front of old Barnstable Road. He asked for clarification <br /> regarding the -ft . road width regulation. In order for <br /> the Applicant to comply., he would have to encroach upon. <br /> Twn property.. <br /> Mr. Dorris stated he has no objection to Applicant <br /> filing a variance in order to reduce' the roam width <br /> requirement. He slid question however, the assumption that <br /> the only access to Casper Circle is through old Barnstable <br /> Road. He entertained the thought that access could be made <br /> 3 <br />
