"...by August 27, 2004 reconstruction <br /> of the man made pond and associated landscaping shall be <br /> comp'l ted and subject to inspection by the Consulting <br /> Engineer and certified as as-built..." <br /> Linda Fletcher - Asked about the revision to the: <br /> landscaping plan process. she spoke on the Developer' s <br /> behalf stating that Mr. B nvie has made an extraordinary <br /> effort and that the majority of homeowners are pleased with <br /> the results . <br /> The. Town Planner responded the site visit was <br /> conducted with the Cha-irperson of the Landscape Committee <br /> who is well aware of those areas of discrpancy between the <br /> site and what is shown on the plan . Mr. Bon vie is also <br /> aware an amended plan will be r'orthco in . Said amended <br /> plan will have to be presented to the Planning Board for <br /> approval. <br /> Everyone involved has been ptovid d with a copy of the <br /> Town Planner' s Deport and the marked-up p-lan (Mrs . <br /> [ alco son, Chairperson. Landscape Co=ittee, Building <br /> Inspector, and Mr. Bong i e) . <br /> The Town Planner mentioned the tree inspection, <br /> stating the -majority of trees/mounds were flagged correctly <br /> and in the correct location. Planting has begun, with a <br /> few areas where work should be stopped in order to correct <br /> a problem. <br /> The Town Planner then provided the Board with pictures <br /> o-f the utility boxes, prodded by the homeowner, for <br /> discussion regarding' screening landscaping. The homeowner <br /> seemed to be in favor of using ornamental <br /> grasses landscaping. <br /> Catherine Walter, 12 Bonwood Drier - Expressed her <br /> desire to use decorative gra-sses in an attempt to conceal <br /> the utility boxes on her property. she encouraged the <br /> Board to contact. an - - tar representative for appearance at <br /> a future meeting. <br /> 7 <br />
