Having established there were no further comments from the Board or Staff, the Chairman recognized the following members of the public for c mr ent Bob McCposey, 9 Par 3 Court -- informed the Board there is a heavy birder base, not just asphalt, in front of his property, which would accept a topcoat. He wanted to share this- information in fairness to the Developer. The Chairman referred to. Mr. Rowley' letter, "It is not a recognized ma-terial under the current subdivision rules and regulations . " she stated the importance of compliance with said subdivision rules . Linda Fletcher 28 Windward � -Commented upon the status of the pond area. She had a conversation with Mr. Sherman, Conservation D partment, who has assured her -the developer is free to proceed with drainage . Ir. Sherman is awaiting a letter of intent from Mt. Bonvie regarding management of flora and fauna around the pond. However, receipt of this information does not deter Planning Board requirements for drainage. The Town Planner noted the deadline for landscaping in the pond area is in August . There is n'o deadline for drainage construction in the pond area . The Chairman determined that required inspections by the Consulting Engineer regarding the man made pond are in the - spring and sinner of 2004 (no specific date) . The Chairman suggested these comment-s/concerns be brought to the attention of Mr.. Bonvie in order to find out his intentions . She requested Planning Staff - to contact 'Ir. Bonvie in this regard. Mrs . McCoosey, 9 Par 3 Court - Stated she had attendd a landscape meeting earlier in the week at which time Mr. Bonvie made the statement that he was awaiting a determination regarding jurisdiction over the pond with the Co nservation Commission, at which time he would be free t proceed.
