He would also pr' ovide .information on <br /> the website and by newsletter. <br /> The Town Planner suggested no action be taken until <br /> such time as the` homeowners have had the opportunity to <br /> express their preference. <br /> The Board Members expressed their support of either <br /> conc pt presented this evening. They did caution Mr . <br /> O' Malley to obtain written confirmation from the Mashpee <br /> Post office with regard to the cluster box concept . <br /> 4 <br /> There being no further Board, Staff, or Pubic comment <br /> the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION : Don Myers made a [lotion to continue the <br /> Public Heairing in this ratter to July 7, 2004 at 7 : 15 p.m. ; <br /> which Motion way duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Southport Review - Continued <br /> The Town Planner made reference to a letter from the <br /> Consulting Engineer -egarding parking pads.., as well as a <br /> letter from Mr . Bonie. <br /> Grading of the sidewalks has been started. The tennis <br /> shelter construction has not begun, however work ha-s been <br /> done to break up the asphalt . The completion date for the <br /> tennis shelter is July th. Construction for the John' s <br /> Pond access has been started a-s well . <br /> With reference to Mr . Rowley' s letter dated May 19, <br /> 2004 , it was the general consensus of the Board to agree <br /> with option #1 with reference to existing pad construction <br /> that had not been inspected, "'Remove all existing pads and <br /> place a " lager of road base gravel, processed stone or <br /> 5 <br />
