' Mr. O'Malley responded by stating his desire to put a <br /> door on the existing building for use as a storage <br /> building- <br /> The Chairman -expressed her concern with the existing <br /> building, such as possible future uses a.nd traffic impacts . <br /> Don Myers questioned Association storage use, or a <br /> more frequent use such as bicycle storage. <br /> Mr . . . Malley suggested a. gated community situation, <br /> bicycle storage/use, or a. more permanent type of storage. <br /> for As8ociation convenience (pool furniture, etc. ) . He <br /> mentioned storage space is at a premium, and suggested <br /> specific usela-nguage be included within the special. Permit <br /> upon ,approval . ' <br /> concept # cluster Boxes - Mr'. O' Malley stated he has <br /> asked the Dev toper t acquire in writing from, the Mashpee <br /> Po t office confirmation that they will deliver mail to <br /> cluster boxes . <br /> Approximately 16 -mailboxes in a cluster .for a total of <br /> 165 mailboxes, as well as some larger boxes for packages . <br /> Some of the advantages would include not using any <br /> buildable space as said boxes would be constructed on <br /> stand of some sort, the boxes would be distributed in such <br /> a way that unit owners could walk to their box .for mail <br /> pick up. In this regard the dumpsters would be located <br /> _ closer to the boxes in order to control use of the <br /> .d mpst r . <br /> There -will be an open meeting for the unit owners on <br /> May 26 th t which time a presentation will be mad including <br /> the configuration of the post office, as well as street <br /> numbers . <br /> Lee Gurney asked about the number of dum ste s <br /> tequfred to accommodate the 165 boxes . Mr. O' Malley <br /> resp nded there would be approximately 11 boxes in a <br /> cluster . <br /> Mr. O' Malley stated his desire to encourage pedestrian <br /> use, reminding the Board that this is a concept subject to <br /> improvements aS suggested by the Board, including location <br /> of the dumpster.s . - <br />
