H -stated there were approximately 4.0--members o <br /> the public present at the Cape Cod Comm-ission meeting --7 <br /> neighborhoods) who spoke in favor of the project, several <br /> Town Administrative Officials have submitted letters of <br /> support including the Town Administrator. Three v indchime <br /> Point residents were opposed. Mr. Ed Baker spoke out in <br /> strong favor, asking the Commission to issue the permit . <br /> Mr. Megathlin feels there is strong community support. <br /> However, one of the subcommittee members is raising the <br /> issue of Planning Board attendance. <br /> The Chairman volunteered, with Board approval, t <br /> contact Fargo Fenn and ask why the subcommittee is seeking <br /> Planning Beard input at an inappropriate time, and to <br /> remind her that the Planning Board meets consistently on <br /> the first and third Wednesday of every month. <br /> Lee Gurney was in favor of the Chairman speaking to <br /> Margo Fenn, and if appropriate therea-ter to compose a <br /> general 1`etter of conceptual support of the p oject . <br /> The Chairman determined she did not want to create any <br /> dissention with subcommittee members hearing this matter <br /> and suggested it might be more appropriate to appeal to the <br /> Chairman of the -subcommittee,r mittee, Alan Platt, who i-s a <br /> Wel l f legit resident; to which the Board agreed. <br /> The Chairman further determined that she -would inform <br /> the Board Members by e-mail regarding her conversation with <br /> Mr .
