The Town Planner asked about the possibility of <br /> Planning Board involvement in the process . <br /> Mr. Murdock indicated his willingnes-s to participate <br /> in such a review with the Board. <br /> Lee Gurney asked if Mr. Murdock could name some of the <br /> more creative landscaping techniques used in other <br /> developments . He suggested Pine Hills, Midge Club, and <br /> Swan Pond in Walpole. • <br /> Mr. Murdock made further reference to www. nstar. corn, <br /> "Information and Requirements for Electric Service" . <br /> There being no further Board comment the chairman <br /> opened the floor to members of the Public: <br /> Jason Brooks - Provided pictures to 'the Board and to <br /> r. Murdock for comment, indicating various views of the <br /> boxes (Nstar tri�nsformer, telephone, and cable) , commenting <br /> that anything the Planning Board could do to improve the <br /> situation would be appreciated. <br /> The chairman agreed with the Town Pl anner" s suggesti-on <br /> f Planning Board review in order to avoid future problem <br /> locations . <br /> M.r. Murdock cautioned the, Boa-rd regarding landscaping <br /> and screening with shrubs. He mentioned the underground <br /> wires, volt-ages, and the need for contractor location. <br /> The Board questioned transform-er locations- being in <br /> such close proximity to garagedriveways, noting the. <br /> safety concerns involved. <br /> Mr. Murdock stated the utility company makes a strong <br /> recommendation to the developer regarding the placement <br /> locations for pads; the developer actually places them. <br /> Dennis Bal arini asked if there is any recourse in the <br /> event a .homeowner is concerned about placement. <br /> Mr. Murdock stated a request for relocation could be <br /> filed, the utility company would verify placement according <br /> to their recommendation . <br /> 5 <br />
