She. <br /> suggested they be provided th'e opportunity to addres-s the <br /> concerns raised aid to provide a solution. <br /> She then provided Mr. Murdock the opportunity to <br /> .respond. <br /> Mr. Murdock stated Nstar would never knowingly violate <br /> the law. It would be virtually impossible to determine <br /> exactly how or why the t`ra-in former location under <br /> discussion came about . He did offer to work with any <br /> interested parties in order, to rectify the situation and <br /> relocate the transformer. <br /> The chairman agreed with the. earlier s-uggestion that <br /> the Association,, Nstar, and the Developer meet in order to <br /> dis-cus-s and address the concerns that h-a%ve been raised in <br /> this matter. <br /> She asked that the Planning Board be apprised. of the <br /> outcome of any such me.etings.; she then thanked Mr. Murdock <br /> for attending thi's Meeting and for his cooperation. <br />
