She questioned the <br /> positioning of a three-phase transformer onto .a property <br /> owne r" s parking pad. <br /> She made refer Tice to notificat-ion to the Department <br /> o-f Telecommunications, suggesting the utility company chose <br /> to violate the law by placing a transformer onto an <br /> approved parking pad and should assume all financial <br /> responsibility for its relocation. She stressed the <br /> As-sociat'ion should not be held responsible in. any manner. <br /> (The Consulting Engineer ,arrived at. ,the Meeting at <br /> this p int, 8 :o �. . <br /> The Town -Planner- interjected the Planning Board/Staff <br /> has no knowledge of which elan was provided -to the utility <br /> company, or ghat they recommended on the plan. <br /> The chairman agreed the utility company could not be <br /> acuse'.d of not responding to a possible error. She. <br /> suggested they be provided th'e opportunity to addres-s the <br /> concerns raised aid to provide a solution. <br /> She then provided Mr. Murdock the opportunity to <br /> .respond. <br /> Mr. Murdock stated Nstar would never knowingly violate <br /> the law. It would be virtually impossible to determine <br /> exactly how or why the t`ra-in former location under <br /> discussion came about . He did offer to work with any <br /> interested parties in order, to rectify the situation and <br /> relocate the transformer. <br /> The chairman agreed with the. earlier s-uggestion that <br /> the Association,, Nstar, and the Developer meet in order to <br /> dis-cus-s and address the concerns that h-a%ve been raised in <br /> this matter. <br /> She asked that the Planning Board be apprised. of the <br /> outcome of any such me.etings.; she then thanked Mr. Murdock <br /> for attending thi's Meeting and for his cooperation. <br />
