Due to the status <br /> of Simon' s Road as an ancient public war, the Board of <br /> Selectmen will have to hear this matter for relocation o <br /> the road. The configuration and preservation of access <br /> issues will be addressed through the process . <br /> Attorney McIlhinney submitted an application for the <br /> -modification of the Special Permit.
