References were being made- to n ANR plan showing the <br /> original configuration of the road under the Hostetter <br /> plan. <br /> Request is being made to reinstate the road to Simon' s <br /> Road in order to service eight ( lots . Due to the status <br /> of Simon' s Road as an ancient public war, the Board of <br /> Selectmen will have to hear this matter for relocation o <br /> the road. The configuration and preservation of access <br /> issues will be addressed through the process . <br /> Attorney McIlhinney submitted an application for the <br /> -modification of the Special Permit. He expects the special <br /> Permit and Definitive Plan processes will be addressed <br /> jointly. <br /> Comments made by the Consulting Engineer have not yet <br /> been reviewed/addressed, although there doesn' t appear to <br /> be any major- concerns. A concern raised by the Town <br /> Planner regarding Lots 17 and 18 being proposed within the <br /> original open space area will be addressed by way of <br /> comparable land transfers . <br /> The Consulting Engineer inquired of the drainage <br /> design questioning whether or not it could be constructed <br /> under current zoning requirements- as outlined in the zoning <br /> bylaw. <br /> The Town Planner agreed the zoning issue would have to <br /> be determined. <br /> The Chairman reques-ted Applicant to review current <br /> stormwater drainage requirements . <br /> Applicant requested a date be scheduled for the <br /> DefinitIve Plan in order to begin the process . <br /> MOTION: Dennis l a rini made a Motion to continue <br /> this matter- to July '1, 2004, at 7 : o p.m. ; which Motion <br /> was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permit Site Plan Modification <br /> Willowbend Country Club, Inc. -Mashpee Neck Road <br /> Approval of New Cate Design-Emergency Access <br /> The Chairman, Beverly Diane, stepped down from this <br /> matter and left the Conference Room. she appointed the <br /> 10 <br />
