He did <br /> volunteer to made any necessary changes to the plan for <br /> clarification purposes. <br /> The consulting Engineer informed the Board that it <br /> i would be appropriate to consider this as a subdivision <br /> plan, and to consider access for an increase in the use of <br /> y <br /> the road as there may be other houses beyond the property <br /> who would have use of the road. <br /> The Chairman recognized Cheryl Rogers who informed the <br /> Board when she purchased the property i_n 199 the road ways <br /> barely useable, The Town suggested she widen the road and <br /> provide a gravel base, to which she has complied. <br /> Dennis Balzarini asked if any other property owners <br /> 4 have contributed to the costs of mainta-ini.ng the road; Ms . <br /> Rogers replied they have not . <br /> It was the consensus of the Board that the consulting <br /> Engineer make an inspection of t-he road condition-s,, that <br /> this matter be continued to July 21't, and that cape <br /> Islands, Engineering review comments made by Mr. Rowley and <br /> perhaps delete some of the waiver requests, and that Staff <br /> comments be addressed. He introduced Mr. <br /> Tucker, Engineer BHB; and Bruce Besse, President of <br /> lillowbend Land Design. <br /> Attorney Icllhinney explained Fin' Me oot Road was <br /> located between willowlend Road and Simons Road (which is <br /> an ancient public way) and was part of the original <br /> Hostetter plan in 198 a-nd serviced approximately ten lots. <br /> When a 1995 modification for expansion of the recreational <br /> area was approved, Fin' Me of Road was abandoned. <br />
