i <br /> There being no further Board of Public comment, the <br /> Vice-Chairman entertained a motion' . <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to approve the new <br /> gate design for emergency access for willowbend Country <br /> Club, Inc. , reference Exhibit `T" date at Postage Stamp <br /> Road (which reference was signed and dated by the Tice- <br /> Chairman ; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan <br /> and so voted u-nanim u ly. <br /> t this point of the Meeting the Chairman resumed her <br /> duties and presided over the remainder of the meeting. <br /> pe ial Permit Site Plan Modification <br /> Cape Southport Associates, LLC <br /> Old Barnstable Road <br /> Minor Modification to Sidewalks and off-Street Parking <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and � <br /> recognized Ron Bonvie who informed the Board that an <br /> amended plan has been- submitted this date to the Planning <br /> Department . <br /> Said plans are to be further amended to reflect <br /> suggestions made by the Consulting Engineer regarding ADA <br /> compliance as they relate to the older section of the <br /> development (approximately - changes) . <br /> The Town Planner suggested the Board approve the <br /> current plans with the provision that additional changes <br /> could be made; or to authorize the Consulting Engineer t <br /> make changes without the benefit of a revised plan. <br /> The Chairman insisted a list of changes be submitted <br /> to the Boards <br /> Mr. Bonvie spore to proposed improvements that would <br /> comply with ADA regulation, as well as being manageable for <br /> the developer. <br /> The 'down Planner explained the changes being proposed <br /> are minor in nature, however neither he nor the Consulting <br /> Engineer are authorized to approve changes to the site <br /> plan. He agreed that the marked plan provided by the <br /> developer was sufficient to show the proposed changes . <br /> 1 <br />
