References were being made to the plan: sidewalks with handicap access which meet ADA compliance for grades Y on a sidewalk located at the intersection of Pinehill Blvd. and Leisure Green Drive. The Consulting Engineer suggested changes be made to the rain entrance at Leisure Green Darie north and Southport Drive. . Bonvie stated there is an error on an as-built sidewalk that will be corrected. Referen.ces were being made to two crossings beginning at the manhole corer at Prtsie Drive a-nd Leisure Green North References were then made to an existing golf cart path where a sidewalk and crossing is being constructed. The developer finds it necessary to cut back the asphalt and lower the grade. References were .made to page 4 , new retaining wall, which will not exceed 4-�ft; ppge 5, parking pad that needs to be reduced in, order to preserve a larc e ,oak tree; a meandering sidewalk design in order to accommodate utilities; and an extension of two spaces with plantings . There being no further Board comment, the Chairman recognized the following members of the public. Gail Barnes - Asked if consideration could be given to marking and paving signage for the golf cart crossings a they dross two major roadways; to which Mr. Bonvie agreed. Linda Fletcher - Reported progress is being made throughout the development, she commended both the builder and developer for their efforts in meeting completion deadlines . Ms. Fletcher asked if adding plantings to the landscape in certain areas would be all right . The Board agreed that the Landscape Plan should be marred up with any .changes made, to be finalized in the as-built plans . . Fletcher also asked when the residents might expect completion of landscaping at the great gall, as well as the fencing. 13
