References were being made to the plan: sidewalks <br /> with handicap access which meet ADA compliance for grades <br /> Y <br /> on a sidewalk located at the intersection of Pinehill Blvd. <br /> and Leisure Green Drive. <br /> The Consulting Engineer suggested changes be made to <br /> the rain entrance at Leisure Green Darie north and <br /> Southport Drive. <br /> . Bonvie stated there is an error on an as-built <br /> sidewalk that will be corrected. <br /> Referen.ces were being made to two crossings beginning <br /> at the manhole corer at Prtsie Drive a-nd Leisure Green <br /> North <br /> References were then made to an existing golf cart <br /> path where a sidewalk and crossing is being constructed. <br /> The developer finds it necessary to cut back the asphalt <br /> and lower the grade. <br /> References were .made to page 4 , new retaining wall, <br /> which will not exceed 4-�ft; ppge 5, parking pad that needs <br /> to be reduced in, order to preserve a larc e ,oak tree; a <br /> meandering sidewalk design in order to accommodate <br /> utilities; and an extension of two spaces with plantings . <br /> There being no further Board comment, the Chairman <br /> recognized the following members of the public. <br /> Gail Barnes - Asked if consideration could be given to <br /> marking and paving signage for the golf cart crossings a <br /> they dross two major roadways; to which Mr. Bonvie agreed. <br /> Linda Fletcher - Reported progress is being made <br /> throughout the development, she commended both the builder <br /> and developer for their efforts in meeting completion <br /> deadlines . <br /> Ms. Fletcher asked if adding plantings to the <br /> landscape in certain areas would be all right . The Board <br /> agreed that the Landscape Plan should be marred up with any <br /> .changes made, to be finalized in the as-built plans . <br /> . Fletcher also asked when the residents might <br /> expect completion of landscaping at the great gall, as well <br /> as the fencing. <br /> 13 <br />
