A completion date of <br /> October 1 , 2004 was imposed by the Board. - <br /> 1 <br /> radingretaining' all is currently being constructed <br /> at Ironwood Path. Parking pads will be installed upon <br /> completion. <br /> Mr. Bonvie suggested the existing -visitor parking <br /> spaces remain undisturbed.. (A technical violation of the <br /> zoning bylaw that requires a minimum length of 20-feet . ) <br /> The Board agreed to leave this matter to the discretion of <br /> the -unit owners as there appears to be no concerns in this <br /> matter. <br /> The Town Planner will clarify the location of that <br /> area when -visitor parking spaces have been provided; the <br /> site plan shows "existing -spaces,' . <br /> Mr. onvie suggested the visitor parking spaces be <br /> marked on the ground without signage in order t <br /> accommodate snow removal. There was some discussion as to <br /> whether or not those visitor parking spaces located off a <br /> unit driveway should be identified. Mr.r onvie agreed to <br /> do so if requested by the Board. - <br /> The concrete curbing around the tennis shelter <br /> structure has been poured; the landscaping per plan has <br /> been -completed with some additional plantings to be- done . <br /> The access to Payamps Toad for access to John' s Pond <br /> has been completed. The mates have not been installed as <br /> they have not yet been delivered. <br /> The Chairman recognized the following members -of the <br /> public for comment : <br /> Linda Fletcher - Agreed with the developer that the <br /> work crews are working long, hard hours and much has been <br /> accomplished. 'she stated the work appears to be clone <br /> correctly and appropriately. <br /> 1 <br />
