The entire sidewalk on Windward Street has been prepped, inspected by the consulting Engineer- and prepared for pavement . The retaining wall between the sidewalk and fairway #7 has been completed (to the best of his knowledge) .. The three parking pads on- -the north side of the street have been prepared,, in pected by the consulting Engineer, and ready for paving. Landscape features have been moved and complete (to the best -of his knowledge) . ADA compliant ramps (in the older section) have been recon-s-truct d and ire°spe,cted by t-he Consult.ing Engineer, and ready for paging. . He agreed to meet with the Town Planner in a attempt to - decide placement construction of sidewalk along the west -s-ide of L'eisiAre Green give to be s. o rn o the revised plan.
