The Town 'Planner explained the original street name <br /> was "B-obwhite Crescent"' as it appears on a number of deeds.. <br /> The residents of said street have requested the Board <br /> revert to that spelling. <br /> The Chairman made reference to correspondence received <br /> from Mr. 0"Malle r who stated there is no objection to the <br /> correction of the s ellinc of Bobwhite Crescent . <br /> There being no public comment the Chairman entertained <br /> a motion to close the Public Hearing in this matter. <br /> MOTION : Lee Gurney maple a Motion to close the Public <br /> Hearing in this matter; which Motion was du - <br /> ly seconded by <br /> Dennis Bad. arini and so voted unanimously. <br /> She then entertained a motion be made in this matter. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Ba.l rini made a Motion to accept the <br /> spelling of "Bobwhite Crescent" street name in Windchime <br /> Point,: which Motion was. duly seconded by Steve Dolan and s <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Cape 'Southport Assoclates,, LLC <br /> Old Barnstable Road -- Modification of Final Site Plan <br /> t PGA Lame <br /> The appointed hear having arrived the Chairman Bailed <br /> the Public Hearing to order. <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney Michael Dunning, <br /> Dunning & Kirraine, representing Southport owners are <br /> developers. <br /> References were made to a plan of land entitled., ""Site <br /> Development Plan Topsheet for Southport on Cape Cod <br /> Condominium, Mashpee,- A., " dated June 11, 2004 . <br /> Attorney Dunning requested approval of a reprised final <br /> site development plan for a portion of the overall project, <br /> being eighteen (1.8.) units within six 6) build-ings build-in on PGA <br /> Lane. <br /> Some building locations have been moved in an attempt <br /> to preserve trees in cooperation with the Town Planner and <br /> Southport Landscape Commit-tee. <br /> 3 <br />
