References were being made to the Layout Plan that sho r.s more detail regarding unit and road locati-ons... The Site Development Plan shows grading and utility details, as well as the proposed. location of snow fencing. The supplerftental Landscaping Plan include's a tree legend that designates all of the trees shown on the plan by variety. Plan L-1 identifies plant -type res-u-lting from conversations in the field with Town and owner representatives, as well. as the Southport Landscape Committee. The Chair- man requested Staff to comment . The Town Planner stated he has reviewed the plan and would like to make co=ents . He also provided a draft Decision to the Board. Comments have been made to the developer regarding the issue of saving trees/tree wells.. A sug.ge�stio.n had been made -that an arbor•ist -make an inspection prier to finalizing the plan so that these matters could be i identified and resolved on the plan. There is no, indication that this has- been done, the notation remains on the plan "Sage, if tree is healthy'" - Also, there are notations on the plan regarding sidewal ,and pedestrian crossings signs . Howeve-r, there are no sidewalks in this Section of the project. Said notations should be deleted for clarity. Tree clearing procedure-s noted the plan should also e deleted for clarity, as s specific set of trees has been identified and numbered on the revised pl-an. 4
