The only remaining issue <br /> is in regard to landscaping on the side of the subject <br /> property, a-s the plan does not specify this area. He has- <br /> agreed to inspect the area and det rr ine landscaping and <br /> roof drainage issues. <br /> Reference was made to a letter from Charles Rowley, <br /> dated August 12, 2004, addressed to the Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board, regarding Southport, Leiberman Unit, <br /> Ironwood Path a-nd DJG construction Corporation. <br /> Mr. Bonvie stated he anticipates the landscaping and <br /> retaining gall to be completed by the August 27, 2004 <br /> deadline date. The drainage issues to be addressed by the <br /> engineers . <br />
