There being no further discussion, the Chairman opened <br /> the floor to pudic comment recognizing the following <br /> speakers: <br /> Natalie Leiberman, 1 Ironwood Patti - Asked for <br /> clarification from the developer as to the issue he <br /> mentioned that could possibly not be completed by the <br /> August 27th date. <br /> Mr. Bcnvie clarified a request from the Consulting <br /> Engineer to have engineered calculations of the roof <br /> drainage (downspouts) to determine whether or not they can <br /> be installed into the existing manhole, or whether an <br /> additional manhole needs to be installed. And, that yes, <br /> this determination would have an impact on- landscape <br /> completion. <br /> Ms. Leiberm n commented upon her concern for the <br /> amount of rainfall rushing over the .retaining wall during a <br /> recent rainf a-ll . she asked that the matter of drainage be <br /> addres-sed, as well as landscaping issues in this area. <br /> Mr. Bon vie responded by making reference to the letter <br /> submitted by the Consulting Engineer, which states the <br /> grading/drainage is incomplete at this point. <br /> Site Plan Revision <br /> Prr posed Maintenance/storage Building <br /> The Chairman recognized Ron Bon vie who provided a <br /> history of the subject building, haying been indicated on <br /> the original 1989 plans. Said building is approximately <br /> 2, 000 square feet . The proposed building would accommodate <br /> lawnmowers, golf course equipment, and landscaping <br /> equipment . The existing building is no longer adequate to <br /> store the existing equipment, request is being made to <br /> increase the size of said maintenance building to 4, 00.0 <br /> square feet as determined by the Southport superintendent . <br /> Mr. Bonvie requested this ratter be approved, as he <br /> would life to have this building constructed on site <br /> immediat-ely in order to meet current storage demands. <br /> Mr. Bonvie explained the materials to be used for this <br /> project would consist of red cedar clapboard Wmetal sides, <br /> overhead doors, Andersen windows, and 0-year asphalt for <br /> the roof (similar components to the residential units) . <br /> 1 <br />
