■ <br /> The Town Planner suggested this matter be considered <br /> by the Board as a Minor Site Plan modification, with <br /> written Decision addressing parking and landscaping issues <br /> to be completed within a specific timefram . <br /> Steve Dolan asked ,if the square footage of the <br /> proposed building has been factored into the allowed square <br /> footage for the entire project under the original permit . <br /> The Town Planner explained the square footage increase <br /> is not much different from what was originally permitted <br /> overall. <br /> There being no further Board discussion, the chairman <br /> opened the floor to public comment recognizing the <br /> following speakers: <br /> Lynn Brawn, Street Representative at Southport <br /> Informed the Board this matter has been a major issue <br /> within Southport and that all of the street representatives <br /> are in support of the proposed- revision as it is necessary <br /> to douse equipment. This matter is deemed as a major <br /> benefit to Southport. <br /> The Torn Planner suggested the description of <br /> materials be included in the Decision, location, and the <br /> submission of landscaping, grading, and driveway plan by a <br /> date certain for Board approval . He suggested the October <br /> 2 oth meeting date. <br /> There being no further discussion the chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to approve the <br /> .revised site plan for proposed storage maintenance building <br /> at Southport to be increased from approximately 2, 000 t <br /> 4, 000 square feet located on a plan dated August 1 , 2004 . <br /> Materials off which are to be a wooden building with red <br /> cedar on two of the risible sides, -year asphalt roof <br /> shingles, and Andersen windows. Landscaping, grading, and <br /> driveway plan to be submitted to the Planning Board by the <br /> developer by October 20, 2 04; which Lotion was duly <br /> seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously. <br /> The Chairman recognized Catherine Walter, 12 Bonwood <br /> Drive, who asked if the pedestrian crossing signs are going <br /> 11 <br />
