He <br /> suggested a Public Hearing be scheduled for modification ication f <br /> the final site development plan, and that residents within <br /> Soo-ft. be notified, as well as the Association. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to schedule a <br /> Public Hearing for the Modification to North Ridge load and <br /> onwood Drive North to October 6, 2004, a-t : 1 o p.m. ; which <br /> Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Minor Site Plan Change - Parking and Sidewalks <br /> The Town Planner explained this natter involves the <br /> addition of a retaining wall on Windward Drive to the <br /> previously approved plan for sidewalks, retaining walls, <br /> and crosswalks. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to approve the <br /> minor site plan change, being the addition of a small <br /> retaining mall located at the corner of Windward Road; <br /> which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> i <br /> 4 <br />
