He <br /> expressed his support for the designation of the entire <br /> Town- of Mashpee (with some exceptions) . <br /> He spoke to traffic and congestion issues, the rain <br /> roads intersecting through the Town, commuter traffic, .all <br /> intersecting at the Mas-hpee rotary, which is a major <br /> challenge. He mentioned the three surrounding communities <br /> of Barnstable., sandwich, andFalmouth noting the population <br /> figures double during the summer months . He also spoke to <br /> the residential numbers and water quality concerns, and <br /> designated groundwater protection and recharge areas .
