Dane, Chairman, regarding the Commercial Street <br /> - Indust-rial Drive Talanian Project, signed by ha°rles L. <br /> Rowley, PE, RLS, Engineering Consultant to Mashpee Planning <br /> Board. <br /> The Town Planner indicated neither' of the new plans <br /> appears to be superior to the o-riginal . <br /> Matthew Eddy stated lane shifts are not unusual, and <br /> that from a safety standpoint the plan being proposed meets <br /> the design standards, as well as certain geometric. <br /> configurations in order to allow safe movement, with <br /> appropriate signage. <br /> The Town Planner stated he is uncomfortable with the <br /> intersection design. <br /> The Chairman noted- the Consulting Engineer appears to <br /> be recommending strongly that the saet, most efficient <br /> and maintenance free intersection would be that which was <br /> originally proposed/designed,. <br /> Mar.
