He presented the approved plan- <br /> which had been on file in the Building Inspector' s office <br /> showing the True Value Hardware Store area and signed by Ed <br /> Go oni, Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals . The plan <br /> shows full size 1 -foot spaces with a- 22-foot roadway in <br /> front of True Value. The approved plan shows three spaces <br /> on the side of the building that does not exist on the <br /> ground. <br /> There was discussion regarding safety issues, the <br /> number of parking spaces approved 1 ) and those existing <br /> 2. ) . References were being made to a plan entitled, "Site <br /> Plan of Proposed Improvements, prepared for Plymouth <br /> Savings Bank, Falmouth Road and Shellback Tray, Mashpee, MA, <br /> dated June 1 , 2004, by Charles Rowley & Associates" . <br /> Lee Gurney stated her opinion to be the situation is <br /> not approved, and is unsafe, and should be corrected. <br /> Applicant informed the Board they appear before them <br /> at the suggestion of the Zoning Board of Appeals, and that <br /> they will attend the next ZBA Meeting to report the <br /> Planning Board recommendation. <br /> There being no public comment, the Chairman asked for <br /> a recommendation. <br /> MOT-ION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to recommend <br /> support of the plan entitled, ""Site Plan Proposed <br /> Improvements, prepared for Plymouth Savings Bank, Falmouth <br /> Road and Shellback Way, Mashpee, MA, dated June 17, 2004, <br /> by Charles Rowley. & Associates..; which motion was duly <br /> seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously. <br /> Performance Guarantee <br /> Christopher Johnson -- Ch-ristopher Lame Subdivision <br /> Release of Performance Guarantee <br /> The Chairman recognized Debbie Cross, representing <br /> Applicant. <br /> The Assistant Town Planner reported that Mr. Johnson <br /> called to request the release of performance guarantee. <br /> The Consulting Engineer has not been to the site to make an <br /> inspection. <br /> 1 <br />
