Applicant informed the Board they appear before them at the suggestion of the Zoning Board of Appeals, and that they will attend the next ZBA Meeting to report the Planning Board recommendation. There being no public comment, the Chairman asked for a recommendation. MOT-ION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to recommend support of the plan entitled, ""Site Plan Proposed Improvements, prepared for Plymouth Savings Bank, Falmouth Road and Shellback Way, Mashpee, MA, dated June 17, 2004, by Charles Rowley. & Associates..; which motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously. Performance Guarantee Christopher Johnson -- Ch-ristopher Lame Subdivision Release of Performance Guarantee The Chairman recognized Debbie Cross, representing Applicant. The Assistant Town Planner reported that Mr. Johnson called to request the release of performance guarantee. The Consulting Engineer has not been to the site to make an inspection. 1
