MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to authorize <br /> the Consult-ing Engineer to make are inspection of this <br /> property; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> Non-Agenda Item <br /> Michael Aucoin <br /> File Definitive Plan - Waiver Request <br /> The chairman recognized Michael Aucoin, A & M Land <br /> Services, who explained construction of a subdivision on <br /> otuit Road and Route 130 A 1R lots) , Lot 3 was divided in <br /> two lots, 3A and 3. Lot 3A is located on a paper road <br /> named Lincoln Way. <br /> Mr. Aucoin presented a written waiver request for <br /> preliminary submittal of the subdivision. He also <br /> -submitted a Definitive Plan. <br /> The Chairman read the following into the Record: "We <br /> are requesting a Waiver from the submittal of a Preliminary <br /> Plan for the development of Lincoln Way to access lot 3A. <br /> We appreciate the Board consider-i this Waiver and look <br /> forward to working with the Board in the future on the <br /> definitive process", dated August 30, 2004, signed.
