Some <br /> commented they feel this is too quick, too drastic, Town <br /> Department responsibility, an additional layer of <br /> bureaucracy is not necessary, affordable housing necessary <br /> for the workforce. Selectman Myers is concerned with the <br /> costs associated with a DCPC. Impact on small builders, <br /> additional public transportation, salt-water access and <br /> Military Base access. <br /> Dennis Bal arini is in favor of the suggestion made <br /> for a winter month moratorium. <br /> Steve Dolan noted a major concern was for single <br /> family home issues . <br /> Traffic, water quality, and housing appear to be the <br /> ma j o r concerns. <br /> The Chairman asked Board Members to review materials <br /> and male an attempt to identify those districts to be <br /> proposed within the nomination. <br /> d j o u r me nt <br /> There being no further Planning Board business to <br /> address, the Chairman entertained a motion to adjourn. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Ba l a-r ini made a Motion to adjourn the <br /> Meeting-; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> (The September 1, 2004 Town of Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Meeting was thereupon dissolved at 10: 55 p.m. ) <br /> R,I spectfUlly submitted, <br /> Henrietta Deb gelis <br /> Board Secretary <br /> 17 <br />
