She requested <br /> Planning Board support . <br /> Article 35 - Submitted -by Planning Board and Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals. This article would modify the accessory <br /> apartment zoning bylaw adopted at the October 2003 Town <br /> Meeting by deleting the requirement for review by the <br /> Design Review Committee and substituting staff-level <br /> reviews by "Town departments specified under the Plan Review <br /> zoning bylaw. It would also provide the Board of Appeals <br /> some flexibility in allowing a second driveway or curb cut <br /> to provide paring for an accessory apartment . <br /> The Town Planner reported he has received Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals approval/support of this article. <br /> Article - Submitted by Planning Board.
