Reese explained that the residents are in <br /> agreement with all of the names being submitted. <br /> There being no discussion from the Board, the chairman <br /> entertained a. motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to close the <br /> Public Tearing; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee <br /> Gurney and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION:: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion- in favor of <br /> the street name Darby Point; which Lotion was duly seconded <br /> y John Halachis and so voted unanimously. <br /> Public Nearing <br /> Zoning Articles - October Town Meeting <br /> The chairman read the Nearing Notice and called the <br /> Public Dearing to order. <br /> Article 32 - Submitted by the Animal control officer. <br /> This article would provide for separate zoning regulations <br /> of commercial and residential kennels . <br /> June- Daley, Animal control officer, explained the need <br /> to include a new definition for kennels, both commercial <br /> and residential, within the zoning bylaw. She requested <br /> Planning Board support . <br /> Article 35 - Submitted -by Planning Board and Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals. This article would modify the accessory <br /> apartment zoning bylaw adopted at the October 2003 Town <br /> Meeting by deleting the requirement for review by the <br /> Design Review Committee and substituting staff-level <br /> reviews by "Town departments specified under the Plan Review <br /> zoning bylaw. It would also provide the Board of Appeals <br /> some flexibility in allowing a second driveway or curb cut <br /> to provide paring for an accessory apartment . <br /> The Town Planner reported he has received Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals approval/support of this article. <br /> Article - Submitted by Planning Board. This <br /> article would amend the zoning to c-1 commercial, from 1-1 <br /> 2 <br />
