.Public Hearing <br /> Willowbend Country Club, Inc. <br /> West Side of Willowbend Drive <br /> (Fin' Me oot Road <br /> Approval of 8--lot Definitive Plan <br /> The Chairman recogni-zed Jack Mclhinney, Attorney for <br /> Applicant who introduced the Civil Engineer, Mike McNlece, <br /> and Bruce Besse, Vice President of Willowbend. <br /> Attorney McElhinney reported this project requires <br /> taking a small portion of Simon' s Road, approximately 400 <br /> ft . , 1, 000 ft . south of Sampson' s Mill Road. <br /> References were being made to a plan of land entitied, <br /> "Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land in Mashpee., MA, <br /> Willowbend Country Club, Inc. , prepared by Vanasse Hangen <br /> Br-ust lin, Inc. , dated August 4, 2004 . <br /> Mr. Besse has met with members of the Bay Ridge <br /> Homeowners Association to discuss concerns regarding <br /> construction traffic on Simon` s Narrows Road. He submitted <br /> a letter for the Record dated September 23, 2004 , from <br /> Bayridge, addressed to the I ashpee Planning Board, signed <br /> by John- G. Harris, Jr. indicating all concerns/issues-have <br /> been resolved. Willowbend ha-s agreed make some roadway <br /> repairs/contribution to damages occasioned by willowbend <br /> construction traffic. <br /> Planning Department and consulting Engineer comments <br /> have been reviewed. <br /> Attorney McElhinney spoke to the c mpen -atory open <br /> space exchange, which is being proposed in the submission <br /> before the Board, being -lots within the golf course in <br /> exchange for acreage on the east side of Willowbend Drive. <br /> A plan shoring the overall open space inventory at <br /> Willowbend has been submitted to the .Town Planner. <br /> Original permit approvals have been verified indicating <br /> compliance with the overall open space- re.quirements under <br /> the cluster and multi-family development bylaws. <br /> The Chaitm n recognized Mile M Hiece, Vana-sse Hangen <br /> Brustlin, Inc. , who agreed that the Board should tale time <br /> to review said plans prior to a vote for acceptance.
