Permit <br /> Shoestring Bay Road <br /> Submission of Definitive Plan Modification for Gate House <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney McElhinney who <br /> requested permission ion to formally submit "Definitive <br /> Subdivision Plan, Shoestring Bay Road, Modifie'd <br /> Subdivision, Shoestring Bay Estates, dated August 31, 2004, <br /> revised October 5, 20 " . <br /> Attorney McElhinney explained the reconfiguration of <br /> Lot 36 located at the northerly end of Shoestring Bay Road. <br /> A modification of the gatehouse located at the southerly <br /> end of Shoestring Bay Road is also -eflected in said plan. <br /> The Chairman entertained a -motion be made to schedule <br /> a date for public hearing. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Motion to schedule <br /> Public Hearing in this matter for November 17, 2004 at 7 : 1 <br /> p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br />
