Site Development Plan <br /> North Ridge and Bonwood Drive North <br /> The Chairman read the notice, called the Public <br /> Hearing to order, and recognized Attorney Michael Dunning . <br /> References were made to a plan of land entitled, „Site <br /> Development Plan, Top Sheet, for Bonwood Drive North and <br /> North Ridge Road in Southport on Cape Cod - Condominium, <br /> Mashpee, MA, dated August 13, 2004, by RIM, Engineering <br /> Co. , Inc, , Layout Plan Reduced Building from 13 to 1 l; 4 <br /> duplexes into 2 quadruplex". <br /> Attorney Dunning requested approval of t1fe reprised <br /> final site development plan for property located at Bonwood <br /> Drive North and North Ridge Road, eleven 11 buildings <br /> comprised of thirty-seven 37) units . <br /> The number of build-ings has been reduced from 13 t <br /> 11; Bonwood Drive North has been relocated and approved by <br /> loath the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> Grading and Utility Plan - Reference' were made to the <br /> tree legend. Attorney Dunning explained that every tree on <br /> the property is identified by diameter and type; and has <br /> been numbered for reference purposes. The snow fence line <br /> is indicated on this plan as required to protect the trees, <br /> as well as the location of the proposed retaining wall . <br /> The Zoning Board of Appeals has included the retaining <br /> wall as a condition of their approval, requiring an <br /> engineered design of said wall and that a building permit <br /> issued by the Town also be required for any galls over four <br /> ( ft. high. An engineered certificate after construction <br /> has been completed is also required to verify the standards <br /> have been met . <br /> The Consulting. Engineer asked if there is any <br /> substantial grade changes that would effect those trees <br /> under protection. <br /> Mr. Bon vie explained an arbor.ist has been hired and <br /> has provided the Town Planner with a detail regarding the <br /> area wells .
