His concern being with the two <br /> 2 ft . contours shown on the plan and the tight <br /> -limitations around the buildings . He stated his preference <br /> for one 1) foot contours and suggested the developer' <br /> engineer make- the det rmination in those areas where grade <br /> changes are necessaxy.. <br /> Supplemental Landscape Plan - Shows some of the <br /> landscape improvements that have been made, those trees t <br /> be saved by size and variety, as well as the man--made <br /> landscaped areas. <br /> There was some discussion regarding concrete <br /> retai-ni.ng walls (height) , locatIon of stairways, and <br /> (second story) decks) . <br /> Plan and Profile of north Midge Toad -- This plan was <br /> presented and reviewed by the Board with very little <br /> comment. <br /> The Town Planner commented a detailed landscaping plan <br /> had not been presented, and that one would be required. <br /> Mr. Bonvie reported there have been some drainage <br /> issues of concern, which have been addressed with th'e <br /> assistance of the Consulting Engineer, in preparation for. <br /> the October 15th completion date. <br /> The Town Planner suggested the Board not take a vote <br /> f approval on the plans presented this evening as he has <br /> not yet been provided with the required revised landscaping <br /> plan. <br /> Neither the Town Planner -nor the consulting Engineer <br /> has had sufficient time to prepare reports for the Board. <br /> With respect to the Decision, the Town Planner stated <br /> his intention to follow the PGA LaneDecision, with <br /> Conditions regarding the retaining walls, Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals and Conservation Commission approval . <br />
