There being no further Planning ward comment, the <br /> Chairman recognized the following members of the Public <br /> Gail Barnes, Southport Ad Hoc Committee - Reported the <br /> project appears to be moving along very well. She dial a-sk <br /> about the foundation and retaining gall requirements <br /> imposed by the Conservation Commission. <br /> Mr. Bonvie replied it will be- necessary to file a <br /> Determination of Applicability, and Notice of Intent in <br /> certain areas of the project, that the developer is in full <br /> compliance with these- requirements, and that all other <br /> approvals must be granted prior to obtaining approval from <br /> the Conservation Commission. <br /> There being no further discussion, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION. Dennis Balzari i made a lotion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to October 20, 2004 at <br /> 00 p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Bolan <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permit <br /> Cape Southport Associates, LLC' <br /> Old Barnstable road - Minor Modification of Landscape Plan <br /> The Chairman reported the Board had previously approved the <br /> relocation of three arborvitae shrubs subject to <br /> approval of the developer. <br /> Attorney Dunning stated the developer' s approval of <br /> said decision. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> MOTION-: Lee Gurney made a Motion to approve the <br /> Minutes of July 7, 2004, as amended p . 10 July 1st <br /> which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis Bal,zarini and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Correspondence <br /> The Town Planner reported upon a lettex received <br /> regarding the Southport development from Douglas S. <br /> Fribush, dated September 25, 2004, addressed to the Mashpee <br /> Planning Board.
