His argument being that safety should <br /> not be identified as an issue of concern. <br /> The Town Planner reiterated the speed and volume of <br /> traffic on Lowell road are the issues of safety for <br /> consideration. <br /> The Consulting Engineer informed the Board of <br /> remaining concerns regarding the geometry coming out onto <br /> Lowell Road and what can be done given the limits of the <br /> property boundaries/minimizing the aftgle.
