r <br /> Special Permit <br /> Cape Southport Associates, LLC-old Barnstable Road <br /> Approval of Landscaping, Grading and Driveway Plans for <br /> Storage Building <br /> The Chairman recognized Mr. Bonvie who submitted <br /> Landscape and Grading, and Driveway Plans to the Board. <br /> Mr. Bonvie also submitted a certification letter, <br /> dated September 1 , 2004, from Hauck Design with reference <br /> to the landscaping at Southport . <br /> A memo from Les Ttynan artd Mr. Bonvie in response to <br /> comments submitted by the Town Planner in connection with <br /> his site walk. <br /> Proposal for fiberglass street light pole design and <br /> colon for Board approval . <br /> Mr. Bonvie stated he is in receipt of the Consulting <br /> Engineer' s comment letter dated October 20, 2004 and that <br /> e would address all issues raised in preparation for the <br /> next meeting. <br /> De f i n,itive Plan <br /> Andrew Conway - BBS Design <br /> Wads Road - Submission of Definitive Plan Modification <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and <br /> recognized Jeff Ryther, BSS Design, representing Mr. <br /> Conway. <br /> Mr. Ryther explained that Applicant would life to <br /> construct a portion of Wags Road up to Lot 1A. <br /> Mr. Ryther submitted all necessary plans/information <br /> to the Town Planner and requested a hearing date b <br /> scheduled. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to schedule a <br /> Public Hearing in this matter for November 17, 2004 at 3 : 4 <br /> p.m. ; which motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Definitive Plan <br /> Couto Management Group -- 6 Falmouth Road <br /> Discussion of Conversion of Motel to Retail Use <br /> 1 <br />
